About 'Astral Projection'

Astral Projection is the practice of leaving your physical body behind and traveling with your astral body into what is known as the Astral Plane. Although many people are skeptical of the reality of this ability, many others hold that this is exactly what we do each night in our dreams.

There are a great many books written about how to induce astral projection and what they all say is that the most important element in attempting astral travel is attaining a complete state of relaxation. The recording Astral Projection has been engineered to induce a feeling of deep relaxation along with stimulating the brainwaves that are active during REM sleep.

Now contrary to what you might think, the best time to induce astral projection is not directly before sleeping, but upon waking. It is then that your body is completely relaxed and the cares and stresses of the past day have been left behind.

The correct way to use this recording is, directly after waking put on your headphones and let the track take you back into the dream state. All the while hold the thought that you will be able to leave your physical body on the bed and take off in the astral body.

You may end up just falling back to sleep, but with practice you can learn to maintain awareness back into the dream state. This practice is also what they call lucid dreaming. Once you have reached the desired state you simply jump. The key is not to jump with your real body, but with your astral body. It takes a bit of practice but eventually you will be able to 'jump' right out of your body.
